Q: What all documents do I need for sign up?

Once you start your onboarding journey, we will need you to complete basic KYC needed for credit check

Q: Is there any limit to the funds I can request?

For FlexiCash, we will assign you a credit limit basis your order & settlement history with us. You can request funds up to a maximum of this assigned credit limit. For LoanConnect, our lending partners will assign a loan amount basis your credit profile and annual turnover

Q: Can I request for funds only once?

For FlexiCash, you can access funds any number of times, depending on your requirements. Sum total of all these fund requests shouldn’t exceed your assigned credit limit.

Q: How much interest rate do you charge?

For FlexiCash, we charge the lowest interest rate in the market i.e., 18% p.a. interest only on the outstanding loan amount. For LoanConnect, we will evaluate your profile with several lending partners to get the best rate for you.

Q: What is the repayment duration?

You can request for a loan for a minimum of 7 days and up to several number of years

Q: Are there any processing fees?

Yes, we charge a small amount for processing fee & line setup fee. However, we are waiving off these fees for a limited period

Q: How can I access the loans taken & interest amount charged?

We will provide you weekly/monthly statement in your PayU dashboard. You can view, customize & download the reports as your need

What is the settlement cycle that PayU offers?

Answer 1

Our standard settlement cycle is T+2 working days, with T being the date of successful transaction. This means that payments will be settled in your bank account after 2 working days of the date of transaction registered with us, excluding bank and forex holidays.
