Terms and conditions applicable to Ola Postpaid +



A. These terms and conditions for availing Ola Postpaid +, as amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time govern the availment by the Merchant of the Ola Postpaid + services made available by PayU (“Ola Postpaid+ T&Cs”). These Ola Postpaid + T&Cs may be amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time by PayU and the same shall be applicable on the Merchant immediately upon such amendment, modification, updation or restatement. The Merchant shall be responsible for periodically referring to these Ola Postpaid+ T&Cs as amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time and to keep itself informed about these.



 

B. These Ola Postpaid+ T&Cs constitute an integral part of the service agreement (or the master service agreement) and subsequent addendums (if any) entered into between PayU and the Merchant in connection with the provision of, amongst others, online payments aggregation solutions and services executed between PayU and the Merchant (“Service Agreement“) pursuant to which PayU has been providing or shall provide aggregate online payment gateway solutions and services to the Merchant.



 

C. The Merchant irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions:

 



1. In the event of any inconsistencies in the Transaction(s) initiated using the OLA Money Postpaid+, the Merchant must challenge the same within two (2) Business Days. Merchant shall be responsible for verifying the status of the Transactions.


 

2. In the event of any query or clarification sought by any Customer or the RBI or a Government Authority or the Customer’s bank, in respect of any Transaction, the Merchant hereby undertakes to provide the details as may be required by the regulator or the administrative authority and also authorizes PayU to provide such details.


 

3. The Merchant undertakes to obtain appropriate consent from the Customers for sharing certain details of the Customers such as phone number or other details as required by PayU from time to time and where so requested by PayU, to provide to PayU copies or records of such consent obtained from the Customers.


 

4. The Merchant understands that where the Customer initiates a refund or cancellation with respect to a Product, for which the Customer has made payment using the OLA Money Postpaid+, the Transaction amount shall be refunded to the Customer only to the extent such Transaction Amount has been paid by the Customer using the prepaid payment issued by Ola Financial Services Private Limited. For Transaction Amounts that have been paid by the Customer using any credit facility, such refunds will be effected to Ola Financial Services Private Limited or the respective partner financial institution of Ola Financial Services Private Limited.


 

D. Capitalized terms that are used in these Ola Postpaid + T&Cs and are not defined shall have the same meanings ascribed to them under the Service Agreement.
