A. These terms and conditions for availing Amazon Pay, as amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time govern the availment by the Merchant of the Amazon Pay services made available by PayU (“Amazon Pay T&Cs”). These Amazon Pay T&Cs may be amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time by PayU and the same shall be applicable on the Merchant immediately upon such amendment, modification, updation or restatement. The Merchant shall be responsible for periodically referring to these Amazon Pay T&Cs as amended, modified, updated or restated from time to time and to keep itself informed about these.

 

B. These Amazon Pay T&Cs constitute an integral part of the service agreement (or the master service agreement) and subsequent addendums (if any) entered into between PayU and the Merchant in connection with the provision of, amongst others, online payments aggregation solutions and services executed between PayU and the Merchant (“Service Agreement“) pursuant to which PayU has been providing or shall provide aggregate online payment gateway solutions and services to the Merchant.

 

C. The Merchant irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledges and accepts to abide by the terms and conditions for Amazon Pay A-2-Z Guarantee for merchants available on the following link and as may be amended or update from time to time: https://www.amazonpay.in/help/202117080 .

 

D. Capitalized terms that are used in these Amazon Pay T&Cs and are not defined shall have the same meanings ascribed to them under the Service Agreement.
