Once you start your onboarding journey, we will do a basic KYC check of you & your business along with the bank account details.

You will receive the requested funds within 5 mins

We will assign a credit limit to you basis your order & settlement history with us. You can request funds up to a maximum of this assigned credit limit

We activate your credit line after successful onboarding so that you can request funds any number of times, depending on your requirements. Sum total of all these fund requests shouldn’t exceed your assigned credit limit

We charge the lowest interest rate in the market i.e., 18% p.a. interest only on the outstanding loan amount. Please refer to repayment section for detailed workings on how is this rate applied

The 18% p.a. interest is fixed and the interest is charged only on the outstanding loan amount

You can request for a loan for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days

Yes, we charge a small amount for processing fee & line setup fee. However, we are waiving off these fees for a limited period

We will provide you weekly/monthly statement in your PayU dashboard. You can view, customize & download the reports as your need

No, we update your credit limit automatically basis your recent order, settlement & repayment history

Once you apply for this facility, we will create an escrow account where the loan will be disbursed & repayments are collected. You will continue to receive your settlements in your linked bank account

We will adjust the future settlements against the outstanding advance. The interest will be calculated on the outstanding amount on every future settlement date. Please refer to the repayment section for detailed workings

In case the outstanding amount is not settled after days from the advance paid, we recover the balance with an e-NACH mandate
