STRATEGIC ACQUISITIONS & INVESTMENTS <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In our endeavor to support growing startups and further boost the fintech ecosystem, we made a series of strategic investments and acquisitions in 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • We acquired Wibmo<\/a><\/strong> – A California-based payments and security firm for $70 million. This deal took our fintech investment total past the $500 million mark. With this acquisition, we aim to deliver a more secure and seamless payment experience to our partners. <\/li>
  • We led $11 Million funding round in Fisdom<\/a><\/strong> – A wealth tech start-up. With this move, we have entered the wealth and investment tech sector to broaden our financial services. <\/li>
  • We invested $7 Mn into Lazypay <\/a>–<\/strong> Our consumer lending entity which is growing at a tremendous rate! <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
